With the vertical stab ready for primer, I don’t want to do a whole bunch of different priming sessions, I want to try to group some together, so I’ve put the Vertical Stab bits aside and started working on the Rudder. I started by gathering all the parts, cutting and shaping any necessary parts and doing the deburring





After test fitting all the skins to the rudder skeleton I also had to install a counterbalance

Ahead of priming this piece I decided to dimple. I don’t think I’ll do that ever again, it’s much easier to prep parts pre-dimpled, and then prime, and then dimple..
